Interview
You will get a phone interview with the recruiter. Then if you make it past the recruiter then you with interview with the DM . Durning the interview you will have a question and answer . I got my job offer later that day after the interview as long as background came back . In order to be a manager you have to have a high school diploma and valid driver license. Car do not need either .

Interview
Very short and to the point interview. There was not really a lot of conversation about skills but I included a resume. I was interviewed by the distract manager. Other employees are interviewed by a GM or AM.
The application form was in depth but the amount of questions asked was reasonable. Afterwards the wait for HR to get back to me was lengthy (it all depends on the business needs) but once I got the call the interview was smooth and natural. Starting the job was quick and training was adequate.
