Very poor recruitment process: zero internal communication, bad candidate experience.
I've been contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn who didn't give me any job description but just a couple of generic information about the role. I asked for more details that she didn't answer to but she forwarded internally my CV. I got a call a few days later from another internal recruiter to arrange an interview! I asked her those details (main duties, type of contract, salary and bonus) and she didn't know how to answer but she ensured during the interview I would have got them.
During the interview, the recruiter asked me why I did want that job! I didn't even get a job description with a list of activities/tasks/duties!!
He asked me a few questions about my previous experience and it was clear they were looking for someone with commercial experience which I don't have.
On top of it, his answers about the contract and salary were quite vague: "it depends on the candidate: it may be an internship, an apprenticeship or a permanent one"
Please, don't waste people's time! I spoke to 3 people to have no idea about what type of contract or salary they may offer.

One lady called me to discuss a position “recruiter for Amazon”. After the call she asked me to send her my CV which she promised to send Amazon and get back to me. So no feedback no further calls.

Deux premiers entretiens teams Ok, mais aucune questions formelles de la part du recruteur qui parle principalement de l’entreprise et du poste.
Le recruteur vous dit comment va se dérouler le troisième entretien en avance mais le jour J rien n’est respecté.
Troisième entretien avec l’équipe de Geneve : catastrophique, certains membres de l’équipe ne s’intéressent pas à vous, rigolent entre eux, sont froids, ne vous posent aucune question et vous reprochent de n’avoir pas posé de questions.
L’équipe est principalement d’origine étrangère mais prend les candidats de haut, Descendez de votre nuage et n’oubliez pas d’où vous venez.
Soyez plus empathiques et avenants avec les candidats!
Bref ça donne l’impression que l’entretien n’a pas été préparé et le candidat se sent méprisé.
