I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stantec.
Interview
HR will call you and they do not know much about the position. Long-ish process and intimidating with 4 employees scanning you up and down. But nice for the most part of the time.

Interview
Super standard with questions such about adversity, talked about technical experience. Don't do anything foolish and you'll be fine. It was weird in that the first round with was a consultant that wasn't part of the company, they were outsourced.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Stantec (Saskatoon, SK (Canada)) in January 2013.
Interview
HR screening call with junior HR rep who has no concept of what you do or really what the role is. Followed by an informal restaurant meeting with senior management (the bait component of the good ole bait and switch). A follow up phone call to seal the deal and get you in the door for the one project you may be working on.

Interview
