Start New Financial interview questions

I came into the office and had met with an HR rep first. Afterwards i met with the floor manager and gave all my previous experience in the industry from my past employer. They determined I was a good fit and hired me on the spot.

Started with a phone interview, and then was brought in for an in person interview. I interviewed with two women at SNF which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. They're looking for reliable, hard working individuals. Having a financial back ground is not required.
