However, they told me they decided to go with another candidate. 6 weeks later the CEO emails me saying they are still looking for someone. I replied to his email but then he ghosted me. Not a very professional process

Five step interview process. Starting with essay questions and one on one with senior management team the organisation. Usually also has to do with the position that you are applying for as the line manager and dept heads in your line of work need to interview you.
