I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
Applied online and about 2 months later was emailed with an interview date and time. I should say that I've had 3 previous interviews for different positions at State Farm. I work for a temp company placed at State Farm and already was doing very similar job to what I interviewed for. My State Farm supervisors put in a good word for me and even gave me a mock interview. I thought I nailed the interview but apparently wasn't what they wanted. Good luck getting a job here they are Mega picky and they would rather hire someone off the street than a temp that has been there 9 months.

Question 1
No question was difficult it was easy interview. I had an answer for every question they asked me.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA) in Jan 2026
Interview
For this position you only had to do an interview with no one on the other end and you will either get selected or denied. There are five questions that you have to answer. They are pretty straight forwarded questions. You get three different tries to record a response. I suggest using the first two to get what you want to say in order and then using your last try to answer.
They ask several question where they want you to recall a specific instance. Have some times you did some of the listed skills (teamwork, problem solving, etc) necessary in mind.

Interview
Not hard at all, was online and they ask mainly STAR based questions. Like the tell me about a time when questions, mainly problem solving and solution based. If you’re able to do that you’ll nail the interview.
