Interview was great. Manager seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions. This made me excited about the opportunity. I enjoyed speaking with them and I felt like things went well. They shared insights into the direction the company is growing and that was helpful

Describe they type of management that you work best under? What motivates you.
The process was fine but the recruiter ghosted me. Do not offer yourself for questions post interview if you don't plan on answering. Over a week later I received an email saying I didn't get the job.
2 interviews- screening with HR and then panel interview with supervisors
Questions wee behavioral. Asked about experience, how dealt with conflict, principles of PM, etc
