Mismanaged and unorganized despite being an internal referral.
I originally interviewed for a specific area of their customer service division and had spoke with 1 person. After that, I was basically ghosted for 2.5 months until I reached out to my colleague again who then re-pushed my resume. I then interviewed for a basic customer service role and again got ghosted for 2.5 months.
I then followed up with my original point of contact and after some emails displaying how unprofessional and frustrating this was as I was really looking forward to having a chance to speak with some additional people here, I was given a very brutal and unprofessional rejection email.
I am not disappointed about getting rejected but 5 months for a customer service related role (non management) and having to use a colleague to get answers when their recruiters / managers failed is just laziness at its finest.
