My 45 minute remote interview was thorough and very pleasant. I learned important information about the company, and I believe the company learned important information about me. It was a very positive experience.

I was asked about a situation where I had to diffuse a situation in which a customer was not happy with the service of my previous company. I Listened to the issue and concern and did my best to reassure the customer that any issue will be resolved in a timely manner which it was.
