Interview

Everybody was very nice and friendly, relaxed and casual environment. They asked me relevant questions to their current situation at the time to see how I would proceed and match this to my experience. Also, they showed me the beer fridge and I was sold!

Spoke with Head of People and the Design Director. Both were conversational and went smoothly. Not much technical questions but rather conversational. Talked about my favorite portfolio projects and what was the design process behind each project

Emailed site directly & got a response the next day. Interview arranged very quickly. Main tech interviewer was late. Felt like the interviewers didnt really want to be there & slightly accusatory questioning style. Lovely office though
