Fly out interview from east coast law firm job - extensive interviews with entire practice group. Met with junior and senior attorneys -did not meet with any staff. Lunch with senior partner and junior associate - extensive discussion of work experience.

Very thorough and fair. Questions were pointed and focused on relevant topics. Able to ask questions and get input on various aspects of position. Was able to get a sense of the firm and people.
