It was a good experience. Interview was around 4-5 rounds. Team made it very comfortable and ease. Behavioural questions were included in between. All these rounds were telephonic interviews with HR, BDM, GM. I am given challenges that test my potential and where I can make a valued contribution to the company. I have gained knowledge on many skills working here.

Process is simple. There are three rounds; 1 with HR and COO, 1 with Sales head and Last one with the Director of the Company. Takes more than expected time at times due to unavailability of the concerned person.

Firstly HR calls you for the interview, she makes you to sit with an old lady who herself makes people to call as COO. But taking interview as a sales professional, She dont even understand how sales works. Next is with MD he doesnt ask anything about work. Just a casual talk. Then negotiation for nothing by so called COO.
