First round is telephonic. Mainly from Computer Science like - Operating System, C, DBMS. In F2F round - Stress on programming and analytical skills. Puzzles also asked. Questions on Operating System, Deadlock, SQL. Theory questions are minimal. Candidate has to be analytical and logically strong. Practical questions. Will ask to write or do some exercise on System as well. Basically looking for hard core developer.
