Very casual conversation and was rather quick. I was referred by a previous boss the interview was more just asking questions about me and my previous internship experience. It felt very casual and was offered the job based on the recommendation from previous boss.

there were a couple emails back and forth and then a brief phone interview. the interviewer described the internship position as well as asked me what my interests were in the industry. they asked me to explain some of my past internships on my resume and what my strengths/weaknesses were. it was overall really normal and nothing out of the ordinary.
