2 of us wanted to interview, another was asked. The one that got the store we were interviewing for didn't want the position in the first place, the other was offered a position with a store no one else even knew was opening, and who had several write ups in her time and had initially been trained by me.

This was just a first texting interview. A 30 minute phone interview to follow tomorrow. I have many questions as they have many openings. I would like to know manager required hours, salary, stylist incentives, average customer count, average sale, most common service. Do product sales cover monthly lease? Weekly stylist meetings, stylist training, who is the owner of this local salon
