      Learning & Development Partner Interview

      25 Aug 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Cheltenham, England
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I interviewed at Superdry (Cheltenham, England)

      Interview

I spent a lot of time going through their application form on website, answering numerous questions about job fit and what was my favourite of their values etc There was no salary branding guidelines so when One of the questions asked about salary expectations I put in my current salary which is around market value for the experience required for the job. I got a very dismissive rejection email saying “Your application indicates that you require a salary significantly in excess of what this role is paying”. It is so frustrating- such a waste of my time and theirs. Why can’t they put an indication of salary on their job roles and save everyone’s time?
