The interview process was smooth, efficient, and very reasonable. If I recall correctly, I first had a 30-min phone interview with the hiring manager (the recruiter was on PTO, so I had the hiring manager interview first), then a 30-min interview with the hiring manager the next week, then a 2 hour take-home data and stats exercise. I really appreciated that the exercise was reasonable and time-bounded (2 hours) unlike some 20-30 hour "homeworks" some of the other companies sent. After that I had a 3 hour onsite where I met with key team members for 30 min each. Overall, very straightforward and reasonable.
