I was contacted by the recruiter in Canada and had a 15-min conversation over the phone.
It was agreed that I would have a 30-min conversation with a CustomOps manager from Dublin, which I did.
I made it to the next step, which was a 2-hour onsite interview at the office. I met three different people. I had a small written test.
I had another 30-min phone interview with a French CustomOp representative, to evaluate my level of French. I was offered to switch from applying to English-speaking Customer Engagement Representative to a French-speaking one.
Then I was I got a job offer.
