Interview
You will meet with senior account managers (usually 2 of them) and go through a 10 min interview asking about basic computer skills, network, router, etc
Following the interview, you will be told if you are offered a position and you go with HR about setting up a date to join the next training team. they usually have training starting every month. Training is paid and usually runs from 8-4 pm.

Long-ish wait time but pretty quick interview, asked me about how I would deal with irate callers, how I felt about processes and flows on phone, and asked for specific scenarios regarding tech support calls.

Applied online. First a telephonic interview was taken and then the second round was a face to face interview at the office. Interview was taken by one of the managers. General questions about previous job, behavioural questions, and basic technical questions about computers.

the interview process is too lengthy and I have got selected after giving 3 times.one of the time they rejected me to attend the interview because of wearing jeans.there is aptitude test, language and typing skills is also main part for the selection.
