Friendly interview process, focused on personality and attitude. Could tell they were looking for someone who genuinely cares for the customer, as the job itself was straightforward and pretty easy.

In person interview that was simple. They asked about myself, why I want to work there, and what my favorite part of my last job was. I was in school when I applied here so asked a lot about that and the clubs I was involved in.
