At SwiftConnect, we aim for a clear and efficient interview process, typically not exceeding 4 rounds. This information is also shared with all candidates via email after the initial call for reference throughout the process. Regarding the "work from anywhere" perk, it allows employees to work outside of their primary location for up to 4 weeks per year, after the first 6 months, depending on tenure.
