They missed my initial interview and took 3 days to apologize and reschedule. Then they had the rescheduled interview where they could provide no details on bonus structure, however I had a plethora of experience in every topic that they asked me. They asked for a resume, which I provided. I then don't hear from them for 4 days so I send a follow up email where I get a canned email that they are deciding not to continue the process. The benefits also sounded very lackluster. I am a sports nerd so I decided to give the process a chance but the total comp wasn't really worth it. I wouldn't waste time interviewing with them again.
