The phone interview was arranged at the exact time that I requested. The guy who interviewed me was friendly and he made me feel really comfortable. He asked me questions pertaining to my questions. HE asked scenario questions as well. At the closing of the interview he advised that my information would be passed to the hiring manager. No offer was made via phone screening.

How my previous skills would benefit me at this position
Process was good had a pleasant conversation which was 20 minutes long the interviewer was warm and empathetic. She asked me a few questions like tell me about yourself? Why Sysco ? And I got the result in a few days
The interview wasn't as intense as initially thought to be. It was an overall great interview and I truly have no complaints about it. The hiring Manager was a great interviewer as well.

Interview
Structured interview with two Account Executives in the LA area. Non-intimidating but the questions required thought and preparation. Previous point of contact was a 30 minute informal interview over the phone, there would have been a follow up interview after this one.
