I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Watford, East of England, England) in June 2014
Interview
I handed in my CV into the store for a christmas temp position. Shortly after received a phone call asking for me to come into the store for an interview with a team leader. at the interview, it was very relaxed, 1 to 1 asking questions and conversation. I then got a call back later that day offering me a job position as a sales associate - which I took. After three month review of my employment at T K Maxx, my contract was extended to a permanent position which lasted 2 years until I went to uni.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
