I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (West Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2019
Interview
The first step for the interview process was a phone call that lasted approximately 20 minutes. Next step in the process was a one-on-one meeting with a director. The next step was a group interview with managers where I had to present a recent opportunity win.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

Question 1
To read a case study that would be followed by some questions.
It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
