TH Experiential interview questions

Interview was oddly intense and unfriendly. Agency required multiple rounds of various portfolios and the ‘test’ was unpaid, though it took a substantial amount of time. They requested an entire campaign concept, microsite design, microsite UI/UX, moodboards, 3D design of concept, and several other items. I’m almost positive the entire process was just a front for idea mining from high-level creative candidates.

Terrible! I had 4 interviews with TH Experiential, and they completely ghosted me. The interviews were very unorganized and distracting. It very much felt that they didnt know the ins and outs of the productions and couldnt answer any of my questions regarding the contract and how everything is outlined. They also seemed desperate for fabrication vendors, and if i had fabrication partners and who I would call for two projects in different cities. They did not like when I chose not to disclose that information. Sounds like everyone is overworked and underpaid. The final interview was with the CEO and Partner, and they asked questions that had nothing to do with my qualifications or the job or my experience and seemed very elementary. The entire process was messy, would not work or waste my time interviewing here.
