The scheduling process for the interviews were really long and inefficient. It took more than two weeks to schedule the HR interview. The technical interview kept getting postponed then they sent a mail saying that I’m on hold now? I never got to interview. It was a waste of time. Very messy and unstructured process. I hope they learn better HR practices.

The process was unclear. The interview was short and the next steps was not mentioned The interviewer asked a lot about my current employer instead of asking about my skills and achievements
