I applied online. I interviewed at Tampa Business Centre (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2021
Interview
What I applied for versus what I interviewed for were two very different positions. When I applied via LinkedIN I thought I was applying for a branding assistant position and would help in creating assets for different marketing campaigns. My first interview went well, I felt excited about the company and potentially working there. It was during the second interview that I found out the role was nothing like I expected - it was to sell phones to lower income individuals. I was showed a 10-page presentation about all the ways to move up in management based upon the sales and commissions of products and felt deflated as the interview went on. I was extremely disappointed and felt mislead. Twice I was asked what type of role I was interested in and both times my answer did not align with the position they were hiring for. I would think when you hear someone describe the complete opposite of what you would be hiring them for you would not continue to waste their or your own time. They never called or emailed back after the second interview which I found very unprofessional and further confirmed my suspicion that this was not the company I wanted to work for.

Question 1
There were multiple questions asking how I would handle situations in a management role (training different types of people, what are the best skills a manager should have, etc).

Interview
Applied to be a Marketing Intern. Had my first interview, all went well. During the second interview, the girl pulls out a 5 year management training program and confused me on what exactly I applied for. I had 3 interviews, and every single time I went into the office the receptionist said to me "Are you here for your first interview?" So who knows how many people they interview each day. I got the position, went, and then was told I was going door to door in low income neighborhoods selling cell phones. Got out of there real quick.

Great Interview, 3 rounds, the last one you're in the field. Very Easy, just be personable and you'll get it! However, just because its an easy interview does not mean the job is easy. It's hard work!!
