I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Winona, MN) in July 2015
Interview
The interview process was quite simple, started with an online assessment of your personality traits, followed by a phone interview, ending with an in person interview. The online assessment seemed a bit technical for the position applied for, it was a lot of guessing how i thought they wanted the answer. As for the on the phone and in person interview they were quite straight forward and seemed to be more of a "meet your employer" type of thing where they simply were making sure i was fit for the job.
It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Question 1
If you were a break in the wall where would you be
Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

Question 1
Previous work experience, typical behavioral questions of "If X happened, what would you do?", and why you want to join the company.
I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
