Interview
I went in and they made me wait at the starbucks in there. And the manager came and just asked me about my self basically. I got a second interview where i interviewed with a different manager. He just asked about my hobbies and the times and days im available to work.
It was automated and I had to record some questions to respond to. They also had a practice portion for getting used to this before having to answer the questions for each step

How would you approach a situation in which a team member wasn’t completing their work
Email you with a link to a simple online interview recorded on your phone and submitted online. then they reached out later for an online call for some quick questions and job the offer.
You had to fill out an application online. I was selected for a video interview. I had to answer questions that randomly popped up my screen via video. I believe each response was timed.
