It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Interview
It's a 3 part interview. Starts off with a team lead and they ask basic questions. Then if everything goes well then a supervisor comes in and ask more in detailed questions. If they approve the HR rep comes in and makes an offer.

Name a time when you had to help an unsatitisfied customer how did you help and or turn the experience around?
Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
