There were steps you had to go through with. They'll check your command on the english language. There'll be some tests about your understanding about customer problems and how you'll handle them.

Me preguntaron sobre mi, mis estudios, mi nivel de inglés, por qué estaba interesado en trabajar con ellos; un poco de los horarios que tenía disponible para trabajar y descansos que prefiero
It felt like a typical, cliché type of interview where the questions were generic, rehearsed, and predictable, offering little room for genuine conversation or a deeper understanding of the candidate.

It's Great. I felt nervous but I did my best to answer everything honestly. I never thought they will give me a chance but I believe that they see that I have a potential that's why they hired me . Just be true to yourself and do your best
