Overall, it Felt like a good fit but after shadowing and a 3rd and final interview, pressured to take shifts that I could not do and offered a very low wage.

Scenario Questions and Career goals. They ask you a lot about where you want to go with your education and things of that nature. They are looking for people who are invested in the field I think and want the job.
