Team San Jose interview questions

I met with HR. They asked all the generic interview questions. The second interview, I had to take a test to see if I have the foundation right and met with the department and my direct manager. They asked similar questions as HR, but more in depth related to my role. It took them 3 more weeks to get back to me where I had to come in for the final interview, meeting the Director of Finance.

I applied for the job in May. I got a phone interview the next month, and then a second interview onsite the following month. I finally got an offer letter at the end of July and started my first day on the job in August. They really took their time browsing the market.
