Interview
Talk to HR recruiter. Talk with Hiring Manager. Take home coding with loose time limit of 2 hours. Review Take home with engineers where you explain the choices you made. Interview with Product Owner. Interview with Engineering Leadership. Overall. It took a long time with little regard to the interviewees time. I would recommend trying to combine some of these as a group interview as 4/6 steps are basically behavioral.
