They came to my university for a career fair. I did a phone screening to start, then had two interviews at my college back to back with some of their recruiters. They then flew me (along with probably 50-75 other students from different universities) to one of their corporate locations to show us around and give us multiple more interviews. We also had a dinner where multiple people higher in the company spoke to us to tell us how great their experiences have been. It all felt like a very high level pyramid scheme. I know it doesn’t meet that criteria, but it had a lot of similarities to one. I didn’t accept the offer.

It was good, doesn't seem like a ton of opportunity for growth. You would pretty much be their in-store representation at local Home Depot's. The progression they described was to go from this role to managing others getting into this job.
