Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin to setup a chat. The call went well and resume was sent to hiring manager. The recruiter came back after a few days and said they wanted more experience for this role.. okay no problem but he wrote back that my resume looks like it would be a good fit and he wanted to know if i wanted to explore other positions to which i replied yes and then i was ghosted from that point on.
