I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Terminix in May 2010
Interview
Applied online and was called a couple days later. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and covered my work history and a basic description of the duties of B.M. Scheduled a face to face interview for a couple days later. Interviewer was late and very unorganized. After a brief interview I was given a skills test which consisted of about 50 multiple choice questions, most of which were budget and scheduling type questions. The questions were not hard, per se, but did take some thought as most of the answers were similiar to each other. The set me up at a vacant desk in the middle of a noisy, chaotic office so I don't think I did very well.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Terminix in June 2021
Interview
Interview process was more informal than expected for the role. Not unprofessional, just easy going. Only frustration was lack of communication after the interview. Was told there would be another interview in the follow week, but never heard anything more until a form letter was emailed out weeks later.

Question 1
Wanted to know how I motivated my team to be successful
Straight forward. Super communicative. Star questions. Was a fairly easy and painless process. Recruiter was great and provided next steps/expectations along the way. Was very enjoyable in comparison to other companies.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Terminix (Mobile, AL) in Aug 2020
Interview
From start to finish, my experience was exceedingly positive. My first phone interview was with a recruiter. She was straightforward with me at the end of our conversation and told me that she would pass me on to the next round with the regional director. After interviewing with him, he also informed me that he would pass me along to the next interview, which we arranged for that same day! Two more interviews followed with other managers culminating in one with the district VP. About a week after my last interview (all were via phone due to COVID-19) I emailed the recruiter to follow up. She replied promptly to tell me I was still being considered. Within another few days I was offered the position. The entire process took about a month.
