I never served before this job so I was nervous. The interview process was really short and to the point. Just asked common interview questions and other questions like why would you be a good server for them and why you want to be a server. I ended up getting the job on the spot ans started a week later.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
