You are forced go through many steps to apply. You fill out and submit an initial application, then you are made to go through further application questions by text message. Then, once that's done, you are required to go through a 20 minute long, self-directed video interview that is extremely uncomfortable and does a poor job of exploring candidates abilities for the specific role. Even for higher up roles with fewer applicants, they won't interview you in person, even after all of that. They just send out email rejections.
