Interview
The initial interview took place over phone. Afterward, I was asked to come into the office to speak with HR and current employees. It was definitely a welcoming environment as the agency's dress code is casual. I got to learn more about the services they offer and their top clients. Overall, the interview went smoothly and everyone I spoke to was friendly.

Interview
The Brand Amp was pretty unprofessional. They made me wait for an hour each time I went before having me interview with two people who never even looked at my resume before meeting me. They were wearing beach clothing and completely disinterested. Why would anyone want to work for OR with a company like that?? Waste of time and the least they could do is respond to their applicants after they follow up. Very unprofessional business tactics too. I’ll keep an honest career, thank you though. Hard pass!
