I was able to get past the first round of interviews, which was fairly straight forward. However, the second round of interviews were rescheduled twice and before the third time could be confirmed, I was informed they were unfortunately pausing on hiring. While I understand that schedules can change and things shift in the last minute, it did feel like a waste of my time especially when I did my best to be open and flexible with the changes. I could tell that the recruiter that I was in touch with did their best to communicate as quickly as possible, however there was still a significant gap in their communication, especially when trying to reschedule the interview. The recruiter was nice overall, especially when they informed me about the pause in hiring.
