IT WAS A VERY FAIR PROCSSES MEANINGFUL AND SHORT.He asked if I had repaired any devices Orr watched any videos,I was told I'd be given annual reviews and raises which I never got either but a lot of places say that and do not follow through so I wasn't surprised,it is actually a much better job if you are into sales as opposed to the tech position it has been 2 years since I started so I'm confident they treat the techs much better.in the beginning they didn't seem to know what to do with this position.
