Very informal and friendly interview late 8pm on Friday night at Manager's Office. It took around 2-3 hours. Informal chat with Manager alone, then informal visit around labs. The Manager was communicating and resolving issues with employees at the same time, therefore took very long.

Interview
Interview was easy. They asked basic lab based questions such as what does each colour of the blood tubes do but it's mostly based on you and how you deal with situations.

Approximately two weeks after sending the application, I was invited for an in-person interview. I was first offered a tour of the laboratory then was interviewed by a panel of two people who took turns in asking their questions for their list.
