Got an Email from HR coordinator that they will conduct a skype interview. The interview was done by HR and one of Reginal managers. The questions were so silly and the entire interview was so unprofessional. They both were even not able to speak proper english!! They are so difficult to reach at when you email them, they wont get back to you at all. Dont like them at all ....

Professionally organized process. The interview begins with psychological evaluation. After that you are asked to develop solution to challenging situation and discuss it with interviewers. An IQ test is to be completed at the end.
