This had to be one of the most ridiculous interview processes I have ever participated in. After a very in depth and somewhat intrusive phone interview, I was given an online assessment, created by the owner!! (it's even named after him). The questionnaire was two parts. One, with 50 questions and the other, 270 questions! These questions had to be the most double barreled, contradicting questions I have ever come across. Basically, the test was created by an egotistical, self fulfilling staffing manager. I already didn't recommend working for them, but the test was the icing on the cake for my decision to walk away.
