Phone Screen Questions: What is appealing about THL mission My background and how it fits with the role Job role technical question Global experience, being part of culture changes Work Simulation: 3 parts, two of which were technical / job-specific multi-part tasks (along the lines of creating a plan or vision for an aspect of the job responsibilities); one part was shorter and related to demonstrating communication skills. No feedback was provided afterwards, which is disappointing for an unpaid exercise requiring so much time and effort. I would not participate again, based on what I know now - candidates should consider if participating is a good use of their time - it is a risk that nothing will come of the effort and time.
