Interview
-Online application: ~7 open-ended questions that required 200-300 word responses.
-Phone screen: 25 minutes with a member of the People / HR team.
-Work Simulation Exercise: 2-hour, timed, pre-scheduled exercise. Three parts. The prompt for the work simulation was ~3 pages long and very detailed. Very involved and high expectations for an unpaid work simulation. Not much notice was given for scheduling the 2 hour exercise (time slots within the same week only). No feedback is provided after the exercise.

Question 1
Phone Screen Questions:
What is appealing about THL mission
My background and how it fits with the role
Job role technical question
Global experience, being part of culture changes
Work Simulation: 3 parts, two of which were technical / job-specific multi-part tasks (along the lines of creating a plan or vision for an aspect of the job responsibilities); one part was shorter and related to demonstrating communication skills. No feedback was provided afterwards, which is disappointing for an unpaid exercise requiring so much time and effort. I would not participate again, based on what I know now - candidates should consider if participating is a good use of their time - it is a risk that nothing will come of the effort and time.

Interview
We had a 45 minute interview and the questions were challenging yet insightful. The interviewer was very kind and friendly, and I felt comfortable talking with her. I ended up not accepting the role, but I was grateful for the process.
