I got invited for an interview, and was asked to schedule it. The available hours I received were evening hours (19:00-00:00). I politely ask if those were correct times, but I haven't received a reply . I message the recruiter on another platform to make sure there was no miscommunication and they got my email, but I never heard from them at all. What's the point of contacting a candidate for an interview and then ghosting them?
