1. Application including resume and writing samples 2. Submitting a written assignment in which you have to write sample emails on the given topic. Instructions are provided. 3. On-call interview with the project manager, CEO and HR regarding the work environment and to ensure you're a good fit for the company.

Total of 3 rounds. Final one being over video call. One huge con: They will randomly contact your current work seniors for feedback. Even if you have not provided them as reference. And this happens before you receive the offer. So your work seniors will know you are trying to quit and you might end up with no offer in hand from TLG as well.
