I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Mason Jar in Mar 2023

Interview

The manager went over my resume and experience. We then talked about craft beer and the kind of clientele that frequent the bar. Overall a pretty easy and smooth interview. Kind of disappointed that I didn't get an offer.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Mason Jar (Newland, NC) in June 2015

Interview

You go into a room. The owner cusses a bit then hires you. I think she hires everyone that interviews with her. I guess in some ways it is nice that someone is willing to give everyone a chance. In other ways it I now believe it is due to the ridiculous turn over. If you do not get fired you will end up quitting
